This session presents the process CFMA (Construction Financial Management Association) used to produce its first Virtual Conference. We'll share our experience, challenges, best practices, and lessons learned in the areas of Planning, Programming, Marketing, Technology Partner Selection, Implementation, Presenter Preparation, Session Support, and Post-conference Activities. Take-aways include an introduction to RACI Chart and Presenter Best Practices.
