Our Mid NJ ATD Facilitation SIG members collaborate with each other to bring the best practices in facilitation and experiential learning.

Mission for Leadership SIG:

The Leadership Special Interest group (SIG) is a community with the MID NJ ATD Chapter with the shared interest in practicing, learning and advancing  Leadership skill & practices.

We achieve this by:

- holding regular monthly meetings where individuals can share their practices and skills and resources

- bring together novice & experienced TD professionals to learn from and grow with each other.
