Creating remote, self-paced standardized training for a growing company that underwent centralizing its supply chain and customer experience processes for over 100+ warehouses.

Judge Learning Solutions (JLS) developed the strategy, training, and supporting documents that establish SOPs across all of the company's warehouses. JLS took on the task analysis, custom blended learning curriculum development, and assessments to support the nationwide rollout.
