Andrea Danon
Andrea Danon has been in the human resources and training and development industry for more than two decades. Danon joined iCIMS in 2014 as is now the Senior Director of Talent Development. In her role, she oversees The iCIMS Development Academy, which offers all employees a variety of curricula, inclusive of boot camps, open enrollment instructor-led sessions, on-demand and eLearning training. During her time with the company, iCIMS has been named an ATD BEST award winner for two years in a row.
Born and raised in Long Island, Danon attended SUNY Oneonta in upstate New York. She previously worked for the Walt Disney Company for just over six years, gaining experience in sales, training, college recruiting and management. After her time with Disney, Danon joined Deloitte & Touche for three years, eventually finding her way back to the entertainment world and spending just under 10 years working for the National Basketball Association in training and development.
Danon is very passionate about what she and the talent development department at iCIMS have built in providing role, level and tenured-based training curriculums to all employees in the organization. She currently resides in Freehold, NJ, with her husband and twin girls. They love to get out and do day trips and explore new places as a family.
David Howe
David heads Global Leadership Development for Merck & Co., Inc. Over his previous 27 years with Merck, David has led global Talent Management, HR for US Pharmaceuticals, Americas Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain, and COE roles in talent management and organization development. Prior to Merck, David spent two years as a bench scientist in microbial genetics. David is Board Chair of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County and lives in Yardley, PA with his wife, Allison and two sons.
Nick Floro
Nick Floro is a co-founder and learning architect at Sealworks Interactive Studios with over 28 years of experience in developing learning experiences, applications, and web platforms. Nick is passionate about how design and technology can enhance learning and loves to share his knowledge and expertise to teach, inspire, and motivate. As a Learning Architect, Nick gets to sketch, imagine, and prototype for each challenge. He has worked with start-ups to large organizations to help teams understand the technology and develop innovative solutions to support audiences reaching millions of learners.
