In order for a business to be successful, one must rapidly pivot methodologies and strategize how to best effectively deliver value to one's clients in an ever-changing marketplace.

Join Sandy Becker, Professor at Rutgers Business School, as the Mid-NJ ATD hosts an informal virtual session, complete with breakout rooms and discussion questions, on transitioning your business to meet the needs of today's society in the wake of Coronavirus mandated separation.

This is the initial offering in a weekly series of virtual meetings hosted by the chapter to bring together expert minds in the L&D community to talk about best practices as we all alter the way we do work in response to this pandemic.
