Creating "Psychological Safety" in Team Meetings/Training

Join Rich McLaughlin and the group for a discussion on different ways to create a safe space for exploration, innovation and decision-making in team meetings and training sessions. Rich will share a couple recent examples from his work with 2 different client groups, then open up discussion for the rest of the group to share their wisdom.
