“Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.” - Arthur Ashe, professional athlete & activist.

Description:

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) efforts can bring unique perspectives and experiences to the table inspiring greater creativity and innovation within teams.

We also know that DE&I is an uncomfortable topic to discuss, but the first steps are the hardest. Everyone needs to be involved in the conversation around inclusion. So be courageous and take that first step to hear:

● How can I use DE&I to benefit:

● our businesses/leaders?

● our learners/talent?

● myself?

In this session, we will explore & discuss:

● Where are we on our DEI journeys?

● What are the challenges and motivations in understanding Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion?

● What does culture have to do with it?

● How do you get comfortable with discomfort?

These are general objectives. The session will be tailored to the survey responses.
