About our Speaker
Jamie Librot,
Manager, Consultant Development and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach

Jamie Librot is Gallup’s liaison to coaches who complete the Gallup Strengths Center coaching certification courses. She is also a contributor to the Gallup blog www.coaching.gallup.com.

Prior to this role, Librot created a global onboarding program for all new Gallup consultants. She then spent five years implementing the program and mentoring new consultants in Europe, Asia, and South America. This program helped new consults immediately develop a company identity with Gallup while decreasing the time it took before consultants began to contribute to the organization.

Since joining Gallup in 2005, Librot has consulted with clients in a wide range of industries on issues related to workplace improvement, customer and employee engagement, patient loyalty, sales force effectiveness, employee value proposition, business impact analysis, and implementation of performance management systems. She has also worked as a member of

Gallup ’s sales force, where she specialized in creating customized solutions for unique client needs. Additionally, Librot provided Strengths consultation at the executive level.
