Steven Just Ed.D.


Steven Just is both CEO of Princeton Metrics, a learning and measurement consultancy, and CLO of Intela Learning, a personalized microlearning system software company. Dr. Just has a master’s degree in computer science, a doctorate in educational psychology and over 30 years’ experience working with the world’s leading companies helping them to create learning and assessment strategies based on the latest research in cognitive science. Previously he was the founder and CEO of Pedagogue Solutions, the premier assessment management system company which he sold to Saba as part of a leading talent management system suite. He began his career at AT&T Bell Labs where he developed early eLearning systems.

He has taught hundreds of workshops on modern learning and assessment and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences. He is a regular contributor to Focus, the professional magazine of the Life Science Trainers and Educators Network (LTEN) and is a member of the LTEN Editorial Advisory Board.

Jim Delaney


For nearly two decades, Jim has directed the design, management, and delivery of successful talent and learning innovation in both consulting and cross-industry enterprise environments. He has held a myriad of learning leadership roles throughout his career, which includes driving a multi-year digital learning transformation roadmap at KPMG. Jim has a passion for empowering learning teams and their capabilities to further elevate L&D business value.

Throughout his career Jim has presented at several leading industry conferences including the MASIE Center, Training Magazine, and LTEN. In 2018, he was selected to participate in the Cornell University SC Johnson College of Business Leadership Advantage development program.
