Advancements in technology are constantly changing what it means to live, work, and learn in an increasingly digital world. But the technology itself isn’t what’s important. The most important thing is what the technology enables you to do. Doing something more efficiently that shouldn’t be done at all isn’t really progress. It’s important to ensure that technology supports your strategy instead of driving it.
In this session, we’ll explore some of the ways technologies are shifting the landscape of organizational learning, and the common characteristics of emerging technologies that have the potential to disrupt how we define learning technology. We’ll also look at ways to keep up with the latest technology developments and some examples that will give you a new perspective on what is possible.
