According to Gartner, 70 percent of workers say they do not have the mastery of the skills necessary to do their job. Additionally, a mere 20 percent of workers say they have the skills needed for their current and future roles. Clearly, traditional learning-based initiatives are no longer sufficient.
For training to make an impact, and thereby drive business outcomes, it needs to happen in a frictionless and more engaging way. Recently, Northpass unveiled an all-new framework called Learning Ops. Cultivated with the purpose of aligning learning-based programs with a company’s performance goals, Northpass is introducing a new way to approach online training so that today’s talent professionals can provide rich, personalized learning experiences that are more impactful for their workforces, customers and partners.
Join Northpass’ CEO & Founder, Steve Cornwell, as he details exactly what Learning Ops is, and discusses the step-by-step process to put it into action and, ultimately, deliver business results.
