Our Mid NJ ATD Leadership Collective SIG members collaborate with each other to bring the best practices in leadership.

MISSION

The Leadership Collective Special Interest group (SIG) is a community with the MID NJ ATD Chapter with the shared interest in practicing, learning and advancing Leadership skill & practices.

The Leadership Collective SIG will serve as a learning space to:

• create collaborative coaching partnerships for newer and experienced leaders (Reverse, as well!)
• practice leadership skills
• celebrate leadership successes through storytelling 
• hold space to discuss leadership challenges with a mastermind group 
• showcase best practices for leading today’s workforce
