Mid-NJ ATD chapter is happy to introduce a panel of organizational leaders and executives who are spearheading diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in organizations every day, while being aware of organizational mission, business goals and operational challenges.
We welcome our expert panelists Jhan Doughty Berry, Executive Director at ETS, Gary Garrido Schneider, Executive Director at Grounds For Sculpture and Juliet Hart, Founder and Principal at Hart & Chin Associates. The panel, moderated by Kalpana Patel, Mid NJ ATD - VP of Programming, will share their valuable experiences and plans at this interesting time, as organizations plan to build upon their awareness of “unconscious bias” and “implicit bias” towards a viable and sustainable roadmap to incorporating DE&I best practices into organizational culture in 2021 and beyond.
For Learning and Development professionals – whether it is to incorporate these best practices into your own programs or for your client organizations, our panelists bring their unique experience from diverse backgrounds, that would be very valuable for our members.
