Experienced Organizational Development (OD) professional with a history of working in the healthcare, non-profit, academic and corporate industries. Thasheena has 15+ years of demonstrated experience and expertise in Leadership Development, Team Development, Workplace Coaching, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, Professional/Career Development, Program Design and Delivery, Change Management and Strategic Planning. Thasheena has her Master of Education (M.Ed.) focused on adult learning and development. She has spent her career developing, implementing and integrating organizational development initiatives, along with learning and development programs to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. Thasheena is also a certified practitioner in CliftonStrengths, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Taking Flight with DISC and Prosci Change Management. Outside of her current role as a Director of Organizational Development & Learning for a non-profit organization, she provides consultation services.
