Best Practices for Onboarding New Hires:
Collaborative, Siloed - or a little bit of both?


During this session, we will share best practices learned from organizing and facilitating new hire onboarding programs for a number of years, and especially during the pandemic. What works? What doesn't? Be prepared to share your experiences, thoughts and ideas. It is from this exchange that we all learn and do better.

Facilitator: Madelyn Mlinar


Madelyn is a results driven learning professional, having worked in the medical space for her entire career. Her background includes consultation, design and development, facilitation, coaching, strategy development and curriculum design. Madelyn works for General Electric Healthcare in the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics space and is currently supporting the oncology team.
