Challenging Learner Behaviors - Do We Need New Approaches to New Behaviors?

Learning and Development professionals are responsible for ensuring classrooms and virtual spaces are conducive to learning. What happens when disruptive behaviors show up? Are old approaches still effective? What has the current landscape informed us about the individuals participating in learning?
