Award winning speaker and ATD chapter leader, Cara North will share with L&D professionals how to best leverage using the ATD model in the workplace with real life tested experiences.  

Currently she is the Founder and Chief Learning Consultant for the Learning Camel, an impactful learning and development consultancy company; as well as professor at Boise State University, teaching in the Organizational Performance & Workplace Learning Masters Program.  

Cara believes in the power of paying it forward in her willingness to help those who are looking for their next learning and development role or looking to transition into learning leadership. Cara has given more than 100 conference presentations since 2015 in three different countries with the hope of sharing her expertise to help others, and even better when she can also learn from them.
