Mid-NJ ATD will present a live case study highlighting how clients and suppliers can create more effective partnerships that are truly collaborative. We have a client/supplier “Success Story” that showcases the strategies used to create a solid, long lasting partnership that has positively impacted both organizations.
Join us to hear how these partners created a win-win collaborative relationship to shift the mindset of a widely disbursed workforce, resulting in higher morale and “sticky” learning that lasts.
Rick Kauffman, the supplier, works with Take Flight Learning to share an innovative approach to teaching the DISC personality styles creating a more memorable and applicable learning solution.
Walter Meremianin, the client, leads a learning and development department for The Michaels Organization, a national leader in residential real estate, creating affordable, mixed-income, military, and student housing.
As part of the presentation, we’ll have a facilitated, interactive discussion around the best practices to overcome the challenges of the client/supplier relationship while creating greater success for everyone

Road will be the second right.
Once on Chauncey Road, turn into the first parking lot on the right, and turn into the aisles on the left to park.
