    Debugging Human Communication: Teach Collaboration, Communication, and Leadership Skills to Analytical, Skeptical, and Highly Technical Learners

    Most people-skill training fails not because the content is weak, but because the learners are unconvinced. Technical professionals — engineers, developers, architects, analysts — are some of the brightest people in an organization, yet they’re also among the hardest groups to teach interpersonal skills to.

Join us to discuss this game-changing concept; explore how unleashing it can enhance job satisfaction, retention, effectiveness, and organization performance; and learn practical actions to foster and exercise agency at every level.

    • Understand how individual & team agency enhances organization performance and more fully exercise their own agency
    • Demonstrate and role-model the mindsets and behaviors that create an agency-rich environment for everyone
